LEDO Tech ("we", "us", "our") operates the Neologix word game (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your personal data. We do not show ads. We do not track you.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Google Account: If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email address and display name. We use this solely for authentication and account identification.
- Guest Play: If you play as a Guest, we create an anonymous session. No personal information is collected.
1.2 Game Data (Automatically Collected)
- Game Progress: Current level, currency balance, completed levels (stored as a bitmask)
- Platform: Device type (Android, iOS, Windows) for compatibility purposes
- Timestamp: When your progress was last synced
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Location data
- Contact lists
- Photos, files, or camera access
- Browsing history
- Advertising identifiers
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Authenticate your identity (Google Sign-In)
- Sync your game progress across devices
- Restore your progress when switching devices
- Process in-app purchases (receipts are verified server-side)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the Game.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Local Storage: Game progress is stored on your device using SQLite, encrypted at the OS level.
- Cloud Storage: If you sign in, data is synced to Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with end-to-end TLS encryption.
- Row-Level Security: Each user can only access their own data. Other users cannot see or modify your progress.
- Data Minimization: We store only ~80 bytes per user (level number, coin count, completed levels bitmask, platform).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: For cloud database and authentication. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play / App Store: For in-app purchases. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics services, or crash reporting tools that collect personal data.
5. Data Retention
- Your game data is retained as long as your account is active.
- If you sign out, your cloud data remains but is only accessible if you sign back in.
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we store about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all data
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw Consent: Sign out at any time to stop cloud syncing

7. Children's Privacy
Neologix is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Game, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
