Welcome to Neologix, a word connect puzzle game developed and operated by LEDO Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Neologix (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may change. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier or payment provider.
The Game includes virtual currency ("Coins") and items. These have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at our discretion.
If you sign in with Google, your game progress (level, coins, completed levels) is synced to our cloud servers powered by Supabase. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to your authenticated account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All content in the Game — including but not limited to graphics, UI design, sounds, music, code, and word lists — is the property of LEDO Tech and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The NEOLOGIX name and logo are trademarks of LEDO Tech.
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEDO Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Game is immediately revoked.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
